If I had characters dressed up

This isn't a project, this is just a small hypothetical list of characters dressed up in costumes. If I had to have any certain cartoon characters dress up for halloween, like if I had to do any pictures of them in their own costumes (which I select, and I wouldn't be so good at drawing pictures on the computer), these would be the following:

Note: I thought about asking someone I knew on deviantArt to do a picture like that with some of those characters (not all, some), but then I thought it'd be inconvenient for them, plus I wouldn't be able to, since my home computer won't allow me to make contact anyway. That's why I have to go somewhere else regularly at least one hour a day to make contact with people online. Know you guys know.
